Global hunger rising again, driven by conflict and climate change – UN report


The heads of five UN agencies said that addressing the factors on food security and nutrition is to end malnutrition by 2030. There is an increase of 38 million people in hunger from the previous year. Especially, high proportions of food-insecure and malnourished children tend to be in conflict zones. Not only weather phenomenon but also the global slowdown has deteriorated food security and nutrition. Cindy Holleman, mentioned that this is a growing worldwide problem related to health and living and, also obesity is another problem for some other countries.
