President Dr. Hwang received his Ph.D. from the Asian United Theological University / ACTS and completed his Ph.D. from the University of Pretoria. Since 2019, Dr. Hwang has served as a U.N. representative for APPA (UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status NGO). He participated and served as a seminar speaker at the 66th Anniversary of the UN Department of Public Information and NGO Conference. This was held from May 30 to June 1, 2016, in Gyeongju, South Korea. For the past five years, Dr. Hwang has attended various events at U.N. headquarters in New York, including the UN Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities.
